At TLD98, we prioritize the highest standards of product quality. Each order undergoes a rigorous 3-step quality check before it's dispatched. In the rare event that a damaged or mislabeled item slips through our quality control or is damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and offer a free replacement (unless the print quality was affected by a low-quality print file).

Please note, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrectly selected sizes. In the case of an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us, and we'll reach out to you for an updated address. If the package isn't received, you'll need to place a new order to replace the original.

If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered but your customer hasn't received it, Printful won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
